Package Your Items
Place the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are in unworn and resalable condition.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label or use a QR code at your local drop-off point to send the package back to our UK warehouse.
Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
